給家長的信_四_教學省思

親愛的家長:

 很快的一個學期飛逝而過,轉眼即將步入新的一年。

與孩子們相處四個多月,老師感到自己十分幸運,因為這是一個

十分溫馴懂事的一班,許多孩子都很貼心也很上進。有時候,光

是欣賞他們驚人的創意便是一種享受。記得學期初,老師曾允諾

要培養孩子們的閱讀習慣,期末反省下來覺得成效還不錯,閱讀

在本班已形成了風氣,是孩子們很期待的課程。下學期老師希望

延續此股風氣,成立班級讀書會,鼓勵孩子們有計畫地閱讀一些

特定書籍。



當然,也有些孩子在適應老師的教學模式時,遇到了些困難,比

方說,回家作業較多,而無法完成(老師要先感謝宛頻媽媽能彙集

家長們的建議,並積極與老師溝通,要不然老師恐怕會後知後覺)。

下學期老師會再酌量減少課業量,如果仍有功課無法完成的狀況,

其實也不用太擔心,更不用熬夜通宵,只要在聯絡簿上註明尚未

完成的項目,並且利用假日完成即可。老師打分數的標準很寬,

即使錯了一兩個字或晚幾天交,仍是甲上星,寫得不夠用心則是

甲上,有錯不改為甲,過了下一課進度才補交,則為甲下。寫作

業的目的在於用心做練習,有錯是難免,有事耽擱幾天也沒關係,

能練習所學並確實訂正就好了。



此外,老師在此也要和各位家長溝通孩子在校上英文課的情形。

由於班上孩子英文程度落差很大,老師誠摯的希望英文程度不錯

的孩子能遵守英文課的常規(不能因為已經都會了,就缺課本、

少作業或上課聊天),讓英文老師能兼顧程度較弱的學生。本學期

孩子們多次因為影響英文老師上課,而被謝老師糾正及懲處。希望

家長們也能幫忙提醒孩子,尊重其他同學的受教權,確實遵守上課

規矩。敬祝

• 1月19(一)8:00-11:55結業式 (發成績單及寒假作業)

• 2月11(三)開學,空手到校即可,12:00放學

• 2月12(四)正式上全天課(交成績單及寒假作業)
